This is the second in the Chaos Walking trilogy and sequel to The Knife of Never Letting Go. Todd and Viola are separated in this volume, Todd is comissioned into the "ASK" and Viola into the "ANSWER." Confusion, compromise, betrayal and suspense keep the reader turning the pages.
